GP organization VPHuisartsen brings Dutch switching point to court in fundamental court case on health information exchange system design and consent
Dutch GP organization VPHuisartsen is bringing the organization that rolls
out the Dutch electronic patient record system, VZVZ, to court, in a
fundamental case that invokes ECHR and that could potentially have
far-reaching consequences – not just for the National switching point, as
the system is currently called, but also for systems design and consent
approaches in general, both in Holland and abroad.
